Diversio is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Client Success Managers (CSMs) at Diversio serve a critical role in helping HR professionals advance D&I by actioning the insights generated by our Diversio Dashboard. CSMs are responsible for changing the cultures and employee experience at client organizations such as Honda, Danone, ViacomCBS, GAdventures, BDC, etc. You will succeed in this role if you are passionate, empathetic and a good communicator. We are looking for dedicated, outgoing, self-starters who enjoy building client relationships and want to become experts in the field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use the Diversio Dashboard to analyze the specific D&I challenges faced by our clients

  • Use Diversio’s Recommendation Engine to generate client Action Plans to address above pain points

  • Conduct read-outs with client’s HR and Executive Leadership teams to align on strategy and next steps

  • Maintain a growth mindset and positive attitude

  • Support the vision and values of Diversio and represent the firm in a high-quality and professional way

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales, or Account Management.

  • 1+ year specialization professionally or educationally in HR, Tech, or Consulting
  • Experience managing 6 figure contracts and sales
  • Quantified success in upselling and retaining clients
  • Experience in developping and maintaining multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Demonstrated content creation and presentation skills (PowerPoint and PDF)

  • Demonstrated passion and education in Diversity and Inclusion


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or technology related fields
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives
