Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead our HR initiatives. The CPO will focus on expert hiring practices tailored to the landscape sector, creating a fun upbeat work environment and growing selected employees into leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Lead hiring efforts to recruit skilled talent for our landscape team. Tailor recruitment strategies to the construction and landscape industry.
• Employee Development: Implement training programs and initiatives to develop our workforce’s skills and expertise.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Retention:Through a fun upbeat culture (which you will help create) we want to see our people stay for the long haul!

Qualifications:

• HR expertise, particularly in hiring for the construction and landscape sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• BA in Human Resource

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
