Job Summary

Are you an experienced and versatile administrative support professional who can hit the ground running and work well independently?


Are you looking for casual work that provides work life balance and a chance to utilize your extensive administrative skills? If so, we may just have the opportunity for you!


The AGLC maintains an Administrative Support Pool to fill casual assignments with various office administrative functions throughout the organization such as:

  • records creation, maintenance and filing
  • finance and accounting functions
  • customer service (on-line and by phone)
  • administrative projects
  • word or data processing
  • data entry


These assignments are available to cover off staff absences, increased workload demands or projects. Most assignments require availability to work full time hours and are often required with short term notice. Assignments will vary in length from several weeks up to a few months.


To be successful in these assignments the skills and experience needed are:

  • High school and prior administrative support (required).
  • Professionalism, excellent computer skills, and exceptional customer service experience is also required.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft products is an asset.

  • To be eligible to work for AGLC, you must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or eligible to work in Canada.
