As a Business Intelligence Analyst you’ll play an important role in building critical reporting capabilities and generating data-driven business insights into the end to end team member experience.You will have the opportunity to lead the reporting evolution for P&C Operations from the ground up which will involve tight stakeholder collaboration, data & system management, quality assurance, data privacy & security compliance, and process improvement.

You will have the opportunity to partner, network and influence at all levels across the TELUS team to deliver world-class team member experiences. While you will be enabling an operational team, you will also be responsible for identifying and driving transformative and strategic change for the entire P&C team.

Here’s How

• Support the management of our P&C scorecard in terms of regular reporting and build/ evolve our leading and lagging indicators
• Support the development and evolution of reporting capabilities for our operations teams such as askHR, Benefits, Finance, and Payroll etc (e.g. Capacity Modeling, Team Member Experience insights, Self-Serve Demand Failure Analysis, etc.)
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and collaborate across Total Rewards to assess, prioritize, and deliver data solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams to define & refine KPIs and evolve reporting solutions leveraging Tableau, Visier, Google Data Studio, and other BI tools
• Report and monitor KPIs against targets. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with the team to achieve targets
• esent insights and recommendations to various stakeholder levels and inform critical business decisions
• Lead special projects, deep dive business analyses/ investigations and perform other ad-hoc analyses as required
  
  

Qualifications

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle

• You like to get your hands dirty - diving in and learning new systems to understand the ‘art of the possible’ in configuration and data outputs
• You have experience and in-depth knowledge of identifying requirements and building reporting solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders
• You are known for your analytical expertise and data driven approach. You are proficient in connecting the dots between various data sets to drive conclusions
• You see the bigger picture of the problem you are trying to solve and proactively explore new data points from varied sources to complement your analyses
• You are a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and independently execute projects by defined timelines
  
  

Great-to-haves

• Experience in Human Resources
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions such as “bots”
• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken, is an asset
