At Northbridge, our Broker Education team is known for providing exceptional learning and development programs to our Broker partners. They are committed to continuing education, providing a superior quality of service, and offering a broad range of engaging learning experiences.

Our Broker Education Associates participate in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of effective learning solutions. They support Broker and underwriting training through coordination, research, design, communication, and regional engagement.

As a liaison between Northbridge and our learners, our Broker Education Associates are responsible for the overall coordination of our educational programs and services, including regional and national broker training, supporting underwriting sales training, and online learning through the use of our Learning Management System.

You’re great at:

• Managing multiple and changing priorities/projects while delivering high quality results

• Communicating effectively with various stakeholders

• Working both independently and in a high-performance team
  

You have:

• Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on-the-job experience

• 2 years’ experience in instructional design creating blended solutions for technical, functional, and soft skills training

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Project Management

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, e-learning authoring tools and virtual classroom platforms

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance industry products and terminology

• Background in Adult Education is an asset

• Fluently bilingual (English/French) is an asset

• Actively pursuing CIP designation is an asset
