Our client, the local division of a global Automotive part manufacturer, is looking to add an experienced HR professional to their Management team. This is a prime opportunity for a strong Generalist or developing Manager to join an established department. Familiarity with high-volume production is essential to succeeding in this busy and growing operation. There is potential for a motivated person to contribute in multiple ways inside a team-oriented environment, impacting Employee Engagement, Payroll, Policies and Procedures, Talent Acquisition and additional ongoing projects. Strengths in data analysis and a commitment to becoming a valued business partner will highlight candidacy. Prior relevant post-secondary education and a CHRP designation are valued by this organization.
