First Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Starts at $22.00/hr.

Assembler - 1st Shift

Barrie, Ontario, Canada

Job Summary

Assemble components to specifications required

Responsibilities

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to use a variety of hand tools and measuring tools.
• Must be able to read assembly drawings, schematic and work from start to finish
• Assemble parts kits from drawings
• Position, install and secure all sub components into various pieces of equipment as per appropriate drawings.
• Assemble, install and test various components and sub components to applicable drawings.
• Perform self-inspection to verify that all components are installed, tested and match applicable drawings.
• Package all assemblies to meet shipping requirements
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in production/manufacturing/warehouse.
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization as well as vendors, customers, and suppliers.
• Must be an excellent analytical person
