Our new Administrative Assistant will assist the Administrator and Clinic Director in the smooth operations of Elevation Physiotherapy and Wellness; as the initial face of the clinic to any patients, the Administrative Assistant will be positive and friendly, looking for ways to be a patient-centered resource, leading by example to facilitate the daily efficient operation of the clinic. Our new Administrative Assistant will learn our clinic scheduling and billing system in order to book patients into clinician schedules (in person or over the telephone/ email), greet patients on arrival, take payments and bill insurance companies, as well as cleaning/ tidying duties through the clinic. You will fit in and work well with the rest of the team, to ensure that every patient’s expectations are exceeded when visiting our clinic for physiotherapy or massage therapy services.

We are looking for someone who is available to work very specific hours: Mondays 5pm-8pm, Tuesdays 8:30am-12:00pm, Wednesdays 5pm-8pm, Thursdays 8:30am-12pm, and possibly some Saturdays if needed 10:00am- 2:00pm

Salary: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff and all patients entering the clinic are screened for Covid symptoms, and there is a plexiglass barrier at the front desk. Each person needs to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer on the way in and out of the clinic.

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (required)
