Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm

Position Overview

Primary Job Functions

• Process payables
• Reconcile A/P subledgers
• Vendor file maintenance
• Cheque runs
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Other accounts payable related duties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Diploma or Certification in Accounting is an asset
• Basic accounting principles knowledge
• Exceptional attention to detail and proficient in Excel
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
