Genius Solutions is looking for an Accounting Technician to join its team in the Quebec City office, in the Lebourgneuf sector. (HYPBRIDE POSITION - Travel to the Quebec City office, 1 day per week) What will my role be? Under the responsibility of the Controller, the Accounting Technician will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Accounting Department. In particular, take responsibility for accounts receivable, payable, assistance with the month-end process, analysis and other administrative tasks. Tasks and responsibilities Management of accounts receivable and payable Customer Billing Make the receipts Assist the accounting department to support operations Help with the month-end process and in various analyses Licensing Update various administrative lists Order Office supplies Do I have the skills and experience needed? AEC or DEC in accounting or administration Advanced oral and written bilingualism 5 years of experience Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools Ease of learning Comfortable in accounting and ERP software Team spirit Discretion and ability to handle sensitive confidential information What are my advantages to working at Genius?
