Site Description:Reuben Cipin Healthy Living Community is a Baycrest Condominium Complex. , which is located on 2 Neptune Drive. This residential building is in the Bathurst and Wilson neighborhood, and is designed for independent and active seniors of 65 years of age and older.

Job Description:

The site supervisor is responsible for:

• Managing and coordinating all other security guard staff (ensure there is clear communication between all shifts)
• Conduct FOB/Remote audits – Equipment Audits – Keys , Tracktik Phone. Auditing Tracktik patrols
• Programming and preparing FOBs/Remotes for residents
• Conduct CCTV monitoring and investigations under the direction of Property Management
• Covid -19 Screening all visitors/staff and contractors into the building
• Calling up to the resident suites to verify entry for visitors or contractors into the building.
• Booking elevators and conducting inspections for new move-ins or move outs.
• Logging (and maintaining tracking data) for parcels, letters, keys, payments
• Review and retrieve video footage
• The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision of the Security, including all guards working at this location.
• Ensure good communication with the condominium manager
• The Security Site Supervisor will focus attention on maintaining company standards and industry best practices in the areas of Emergency Management, Operational Management, Personnel & Staffing, Health & Safety and other relevant Security & Life Safety Department functions.
• A critical component of this position is quality assurance to ensure overall compliance with required standards
• The Security Site Supervisor will establish/maintain key contacts with internal, tenant, public authority, supplier, and security industry stakeholders.
• Focus on performance management and individual development in support of continued high standards and effective succession planning.
• Participation in the preparation, upkeep and testing of emergency response plans to ensure the Property is adequately prepared to deal with a wide range of potentially adverse incidents
• Other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Security Guard license
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent/post-secondary diploma or degree
• Minimum 1 year security related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
• High level of customer service
• Superior customer service skills
• Proficiency with Windows based software and knowledge of PC based incident reporting software
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, fire equipment and fire monitoring systems
• Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, Municipal laws and bi-laws
• Position requires the ability to walk/stand/climb stairs for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
• Condominium Concierge Security experience
