• Prepare purchase orders based on stock requirement and project parts list
• Physically receive items, ensure the accuracy of purchase orders and pack list, put parts away
• Process returns
• Receive items into the inventory program
• Marshall and prepare materials for jobs
• Ensure correct storage, organization, quality control and handling of the received stock.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the stock rooms
• Count merchandise in stock and posts totals to inventory records yearly
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Sourcing parts
• Answering emails
• Assisting the office manager with general operations support which may include but is not limited to answering phones, creating work orders, and attending to walk in customers
  

Skills And Requirements

• Knowledge of plumbing and water treatment parts/equipment
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in inventory and materials purchasing and control procedures preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritize
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Maintain business etiquette at all times
• Team player
• Ability to communicate courteously, professionally, and effectively in person, via email, and over the telephone.
