We are searching for a detail oriented administrative professional for a Turnaround Administrator position in Fort Saskatchewan. This is a one month contract with strong potential for extension.

Agilus is recruiting for a Turnaround Administrator - Nights in the Mining Industry in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

As a turnaround administrator, you are responsible for organizing and filing paperwork, completing data entry for purchase orders, proof reading and managing documents and other administrative processes. This position starts May 24th on dayshifts for training and transitions to nights as of June 6. Preference will be given to administrative individuals with industrial experience.

Duties

Verify, proof read and process documents.

Various data entry tasks, such as entering purchase orders into the system.

Maintaining accurate logs.

Filing paper and electronic documents.

Successful Candidates Will Have

Other administrative processes as required.

Have strong administrative skills (2+ years in a fast paced environment.)

Strong attention to detail, proof reading and data entry skills.

Detailed understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Understanding of purchase orders.

Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Preference will be given to candidates with industrial administrative experience or turnaround/project based experience.

We Provide

$20.00 - $25.00 hourly

Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay.

On site training.

Covid-19 protocols in place.

Strong potential for contract extension.
