Tudor Group is looking for an experienced Roofer to join our team.

• Slab and Plaza Waterproofing
• Paving Stone Decks

You do not need to have your own transportation, but you do need to be able to get around independently. Occasionally, you may get picked up from a SkyTrain or other pre-determined location if it is along the way. However, this is not to be relied on.

Job Duties:

• Install, repair, or replace built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
• Install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
• Install, repair or replace shingles, shakes and other roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
• Install sheet metal flashings
• Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
• Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
• Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Roofer or a similar role in the Construction industry
• Familiarity with various roofing types, materials, and hand tools
• Excellent physical and mental strength
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (50+ lbs)
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work for long, flexible hours and on weekends
• Ability to offer excellent customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $28.00-$48.00 per hour
