Function summary

Reporting to the Manager, Projects, Information Systems:

Oversee the activities of the project team members to ensure that they deliver excellent customer service and provide customer guidance.

Meet all customer expectations and keeps track of activities which include incoming requests, and incident management.

Be responsible for creating and implementing support to all customers’ queries, assisting the manager with team performance, and helping review and refine customer services with the support of their manager.

Collaborate with the organization’s managers to brainstorm on ideas to enhance good customer experience in the organization and to ensure the general growth of the organization.

Provide the same day to day detailed and comprehensive IS support to customers as does the members of his/her team and be available to back fill in their absence.

Report activities and observations to the team’s manager and assists in finding resolutions to all outstanding issues.

Bring forth their expertise to the table to mentor and groom junior members in the team, teach them the rudiments of the job, assign tasks to them, and help the manager evaluate their performance to determine their level of learning.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum of Three (3) years of accredited community college diploma in a Computer/ Information Systems field or equivalent experience in an IS project role
  • University diploma in a related field would be considered an asset
  • Three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience: working with applications, troubleshooting, supporting, implementing IS and IT systems
  • Experience with an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) is preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or actively pursuing) or equivalent is preferred
  • Proven record of achievement as a project manager
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Basic Medical terminology

  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to exercise discretion and operate with confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, in French and English
