Job Description:

This position exists to lead a team of Claims Coordinators responsible for high level of production and quality in relation to verification of coverage, claim opening, data integrity analysis and other administrative functions. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing individual performance, communicating team objectives and monitoring service level agreements. The Team Leader will also identify opportunities for training and employee growth and will propose improvements to existing processes and tools.

  • Meet or exceed internal and external client expectations
  • Develop and lead a high-performance team
  • Optimize claims processing
  • Execution of corporate strategy and vision
What skills and training do you need?
  • Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis or equivalent in management experience
  • Demonstrated success in customer service position
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Bilingual: French and English are preferred
