Reporting to the manager of global distribution for parts, accessories and apparel, the team leader of Finance & Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the continuous inventory system by producing and generating various reports and investigating inventory adjustments. Also, the team leader will be responsible to support the manager for budget preparation and all the finance process true out the year. This position is a key for DC operations and works with a high level of autonomy. The candidate will also build expertise in WMS and SAP and will be responsible of a team of 3 to 4 persons.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor the inventory maintenance processes of regional distribution centers

Support finance budget, reporting and forecasting process

Ensure monitoring and invoices approval process for logistics team

Ensure inventory discrepancies are investigated and corrected in a timely manner

Track inventory shrink and assist DCs in reducing overall product loss

Perform process validation for inventory control at DC level

Provides Management with updates and reports on inventory issues and updates to Standard

Participate in master data maintenance to ensure accurate and complete SKU info

Verify data integrity between various DC WMS and SAP

Investigate miscellaneous data integrity issues as they arise

Troubleshoot IT issues with store operations, assists in the resolution of issues, as well as involved in retesting system once issues are corrected

Participate in WMS start-up and implementation in regional facilities

Support computerized configurations based on business needs and facility setup

Provides analysis for projects outside of normal operations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, MIS or Finance

Ability to managed people

Ability to maintain accurate data integrity

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Strong math and analytical skills

Excellent computer skills

Understanding of distribution business

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide support to other team members

Excellent listening and communication skills

Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
