Position Overview
We are offering a range of summer positions to students who are eager to learn and contribute to our organization. Depending on your skills, interests, and availability, you will be assigned to one of the following positions:

Accounting Assistant:

• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Gain exposure to accounting software and financial processes.

Data Entry Clerk:

• Enter and update data accurately in our systems.
• Verify and correct information as needed.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting.

General Office Administrator:

• Provide administrative support to various departments.
• Assist with organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment.

Mechanical Assistant:

• Support the maintenance team in equipment repairs and installations.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving mechanical issues.
• Gain practical experience in mechanical systems and procedures.

Shop Hands:

• Assist in our shop with tasks such as inventory management, equipment maintenance, and assembly.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized workspace.
• Learn valuable skills related to manufacturing processes.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
