Stanton P3 Project Assistant

As the Stanton P3 Project Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting theDirector in maintaining an effective professional relationship with the NorthwestTerritories Health and Social Services Authority (NTHSSA) project stakeholders and Project Company as well as providing project logistical coordination and administrativesupport. As the incumbent, you will be responsible for the effective organization andtracking of all P3 agreement information related to the project and providing processsupport and assistance to internal management clientele.

Typically, the above qualifications would be attained by:

A two year diploma in office management or business administration. In addition, we require five years of experience providing administrative support to senior management or project team. Experience in supportingboard governance and working with quality and risk management processes would beconsidered an asset.
