We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills and knowledge as a dedicated Full Staffing Clerkto join our Bakerview Staffing team at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre in Abbotsford, B.C.If you’re someone who is looking for a rewarding challenge, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Build on your education and career experience as you:

  • Perform staffing duties including allocating and calling in relief staff to fill vacancies in accordance with applicable collective agreements.
  • Make arrangements for relief staff by receiving calls and making any necessary calculations to determine availability of existing staff according to established procedures utilizing a computerized staff scheduling system.
  • Maintain timekeeping records for office staff utilizing a computerized payroll system and related records and documentation.
  • Perform clerical duties including typing technical and non-technical material utilizing applicable computer software applications, sets up and maintains filing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Three (3) years’ recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
