Job Description

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Test Management Role along with experience in relationship enhancement with customer.
• Good Exp. in Automation Testing(Selenium, Java, TestNG).
• Experience in exploring new opportunities in customer landscape and providing solutions.
• Efficient working relationship with offshore counterparts.
• Pro active proposal and vison to see way ahead of the other competitors.
• Good experience in Domain and technical architect landscapes..
• Familiar with Agile mode of working.
• Excellent communication skills (written oral) to effectively interact & manage customer expectations.
• Excellent customer rapport building skills and managing team carefully to make them 100% productive.
• Ability to align customer vision and cognizant vision together.
