• Assist customer with day to day backup administrative activities
• General Networker performance/troubleshooting
• Assist with client installs (Database, SQL Server, Solaris, AIX host type clients)
• Assist client with guidance on best approach for adding remaining clients
• Identify potential areas to improve backup windows (if possible)
• Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment
• Resident is expected to be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction.
• Resident must be confident and assertive
