FT 3 : Sunday ( 1600-2330), Monday (1900-0700), Tuesday (2330-0700), Wednesday (1900-0700)

FT 4 : Thursday (1600-2330), Friday (1600-2330), Saturday (1900-0700), Sunday (1900-0700)

What does a Security Guard in Brandon do ?

• Patrol the site and Reporting with G-Track device.
• Check all doors and ensure they are closed and not jimmied anyway to allow for entrance
• Visible deterrent to any vagrancy, vandalism, and/or loitering. Must be vigilant in patrolling those areas and be visible walking around.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment
• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Professional attitude
• Work out of a Guard Shack, conducting access, Patrolling, monitoring, and protecting the premises and assets of the client joint operation and satellite locations in accordance with the agreed-upon security plan.
• Maintaining a visible security presence at all times to deter unauthorized access, theft ,vandalism, or any other security breaches.
• Conducting regular security inspections and reporting any risks or vulnerabilities to Client’s joint operations satellite locations.
• Managing access control systems, including monitoring ingress and egress of authorized personnel and visitors.
• Implementing emergency response protocols, including evacuation plans, and co- ordinating with relevant authorities in case of emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Brandon?

• Previous experience in the Security industry is an asset

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Valid Manitoba security guard license
