Guardian Radiology is accepting applications for Scheduling/Human Resources

Full-Time Position available

Working as part of the Scheduling/Human Resources (HR) Team, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting a broad range of HR related functions, including but not limited to:

• Work collaboratively with scheduling department to create and maintain employee work schedules and resolve scheduling issues
• Input and update employee schedules in company’s online time and attendance software
• Coordination of employee on-boarding/training schedules
• Respond to questions and inquiries from employees regarding schedules
• Communicate with employees to make arrangements and ensure adequate coverage for scheduling vacancies
• Provide general administrative support for various departments

The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience in human resources or related field considered an asset
• Keen attention to accuracy and detail, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and frequent deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, the ability to learn and use new programs and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Word
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision
