BRP is looking for seasoned SAP Business Partners to lead the deployment and evolution of the solution for the supply chain, finance, business intelligence, sales, or strategic planning business areas. Each SAP Business Partner play a key role in their business area of expertise by acting as the single-point-of-contact between the end users and the Center of Excellence.

You’ll analyse the impacts of the solution’s implementation and enhance the business processes by proposing improvements to ensure sustainability. Your in-depth experience and knowledge of your business area, systems and processes and your ability to communicate with to the end users will make you thrive in this position.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

• Act as the Single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for end users within assigned business area;
• Ensure business area stay proficient with changes by providing continuous learning of new features and processes;
• Develop, improve, and maintain training material and exercises; deliver training and coaching to end users and new employees;
• Analyze the impacts on people. Generate and communicate changes to business processes, systems, job roles and organizational structures;
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence to offer permanent and updated support;
• Prepare feasibility study for management on strategic initiative with the support of the Center of Excellence
• Deepen your understanding of best practices within assigned business area to gain efficiency, improve value and lean processes;
• Set tactical plans to support the strategic development goals within the business area and ensure progress towards these goals.
  

You Were Born For This Job If You

• Have a BBA/BSc in a relevant discipline such as business or computer science. Master’s degree is an asset;
• Have 3-5 years of experience in the related area. Experience in business analysis, process improvements and project management are a plus;
• Master business systems, processes, and workflows;
• Are passionate about technology-based solutions and have knowledge of SAP/S4/Hana;
• Are experienced with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle;
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences;
• Demonstrate leadership skills by influencing, inspiring and encouraging a team towards a common goal;
• Are creative in your problem-solving approach;
• Thrive in a collaborative, everchanging, fast-paced environment.
• Speak and write fluently in French and English.
