LEON’S IN CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is interested in growing with our company. This senior management level position is responsible to oversee all areas of sales in a busy retail location.

The ideal candidate must have previous retail management experience with a track record of sales excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, problem solver, ability to provide strong leadership and outstanding customer service. Leon’s experience would be considered an asset!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing Sales Team
• Training and people development
• Resolving customer issues
• Sales forecasting and ensuring sales targets are met
• Compiling and managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Conducting daily and weekly sales meetings
• Implementing sales and promotions
