Job Summary:

The right individual will play a key role in the success of our business. The pulse of any business are the employees and the customers and taking care of them is paramount. Both will be your areas of responsibility if you are successful in obtaining this position. We are looking for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and jump in alongside the employees to get the job done. Someone to learn the business from the ground up. You will work with our marketing and sales teams as well as our warehouse personnel side by side to pull everyone together to meet company goals. You will be flexible and able to jump in and assist in any role should there be an absence or need for extra help.

This position will report directly to the President of the company and with their help you will learn all aspects of the business.You will learn the ins and outs of a Warehouse Associate and their processes of picking, packing, and shipping of orders. You will learn to utilize machinery such as a forklift and a person lift that they use in their duties. You will work closely with the marketing team to help mentor them and support their efforts to reach their goals. You will learn to handle customer inquiries looking for information and follow up with customers and their orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

All of these skills will help you manage, lead, and mentor the employees and put a positive stamp on the company in its efforts to reach the goals ahead.

This position offers:

Must Have Requirements:

  • Honest, ethical, hardworking, goal-oriented person with passion for making a difference.
  • Self-motivated, diplomatic team player with attention to detail
  • Organized, reliable, punctual and be able to set and meet deadlines
  • A working knowledge of Social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to write effectively for multiple audiences, to deliver presentations and interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Google Docs, Sheets and Presentation and project management skills
  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be willing to take lift truck training

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in working directly with and supervising employees:1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales Roles: 1 year (Preferred)
  • College (Preferred) or equal life experiences
