• Description:* This Fort Sask Client is looking for a receptionist who is resourceful, dependable, organized, and friendly. The employee will be reporting to the plant director and working on-site with the office team.
  
  

Day to day responsibilities:

• Office Supply Orders
• Stock Office supply rooms
• Lunch Orders and clean up
• Fob / Kantech System
• Backup Technical Assistant
• Deal with people coming into the building
• Mail pickup and drop off
• Courier Packages
• Minute taking & Distribution for HSE Meeting
• Daily Filing
• Flare Log Spreadsheet Entry
• Safety Permit Filing & File Management
• Library Management
• General Inquiries *MUST HAVE:*
• 2 + years in professional customer service position
• 1+ year supporting departments with data-entry
• High level of organization
• High attention to Detail
• Have a "go-getter" attitude *Bonus:*
• Experience with LEMS entries
