Responsibilities:
Performing all activities relating to handling residential and commercial real estate sales transactions from beginning to end, including:

· Receiving, reviewing, preparing and processing documents for conveyance

· Verifying file requirements and ensuring accurate completion of transactions

· Review all documents submitted by Realtors® and verify that file is complete

· Corresponding with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers and REALTORS®

· Provide lunchtime phone reception duties as required

Education & Qualifications:

· Good computer and technical skills

· Solutions-oriented approach to problem solving

· Minimum 2 years Real Estate Conveyancing experience ideally required

· Familiarity with LoneWolf, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat

· Excellent attention to detail, organization, time management and problem solving skills

· Reliable, responsible, mature with strong work ethic and ability to work independently

· Strong oral, interpersonal, written communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
