Job Description

• Overall experience of 8+ years in Quality Assurance and Testing with relevant hands on experience in Automation
• Good leadership skills along with handling team of 5-10 resources and knowledge in database testing and IFRS.
• At least 4+ years of experience in Automation framework development using Java/selenium with exposure to TDD, BDD.
• Very good knowledge in Software testing skills
• Knowledge in using JIRA and Zephyr
• Excellent client handling skills
• Sufficient insurance and investment domain knowledge with problem solving skills present.
• Nice to have skills in Test automation using UFT and knowledge in VB
• Should act as a proactive team member and work as a team player
• Nice to have some skills and expertise in Database knowledge specially SQL Server
• No location constraint.
• Should be flexible in office timings
• Hard Working and having good time management skills.
• Should be able to drive account level initiatives.
• Excellent communication skill
