Do you want to finish your registration hours in a year!? Do you want in house supervision!? Come join a fun and dynamic team at the Calgary Institute of Counselling. Being a Provisional Psychologist is a tough job and being part of our fun team lightens your emotional load. We are looking for an Provisional Psychologist with a focus on assessment to join our team. In house supervision, group supervision and trainings are available. As per the requirements of the College of Alberta Psychologists clinical intervention work must be completed as well. The position would require two day shifts, an evening and a Saturday session times with a minimum of 20 clients per week. Please only apply if your credentials have been approved. Bonuses are paid for high retention.

Job Duties include:

• 20 clients per week
• Completing assessments
• Writing assessment reports
• charting
• consultations
• online sessions
• in person sessions
• client follow up
• managing files and intake

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Masters of Psychology or related field
• 2-3 years of experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong skills in assessment and case conceptualization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skill

Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
