We are looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to joinour growing Digital Delivery team.

As The Successful Candidate, You Will

• Engage with all stakeholders and representative user groups in determining solution strategy and requirements, communicating where necessary to ensure appropriate subject matter experts are available from the business, designing and producing meaningful and effective data visualization, demonstrating interim work results, and ensuring production releases of pertinent dashboards
• Build a relationship with the development team and infrastructure team by understanding their data schemas and associated architecture
• Design and develop BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements
• Implement, maintain and support BI solutions in Microsoft and other BI platforms
• Work within an agile development team of developers and analysts and business stakeholders.
• Complete committed backlog and sprints within the agreed upon timeframe
• Emphasize the collaboration and communication within and outside of your team to help continually improve the process of software delivery
• Remain abreast of technology developments within fields relevant to current and future initiatives and development work
  

You Bring To The Role

• A strong systems development background within a digital related delivery services firm or similar roles
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis developing business intelligence and reporting in a medium to large size corporate environment demonstrating detailed knowledge of BI functions such as analytics, data modeling & data mining, reporting, report conversion and data cleansing
• Exposure to multidimensional databases (cubes), dashboards, scoreboards, and Agile Development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge and experience in analyzing as well as designing data models that meet the reporting needs
• Experience in writing SQL relational and multidimensional database queries and slicing and dicing data models
• Experience with Microsoft BI Stack and other BI stack of technologies
• THe ability to prototype and conceptualize the solution through visualization of data based on business requirements, using tools such as Microsoft PowerBI,
• Internally motivated and adaptable, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail and accuracy with demonstrated strong logical and technical problem-solving skills
• Experience building consensus across teams
• Trust is the foundation of a strong team, must be a self-starter, organized and needs minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training or work experience
