Plate Shop Burner

• Ensures production goals are met.
• Maintains and fixes burning shop equipment as required (on-the-job training).
• Implement plate shop improvements.
• Work in plate shop and waterjet table as required.
• Program and nest CNC burning table with PRONEST.
• Keep accurate inventory of all plates.
• Ensures the best use of plate material with minimizing costs and scrap rates.
• Ensures all customer deadlines are met in coordination with fab/machine shop.
• Enforces all health and safety policies in the plate shop.
• Reviews completed work to ensure it is up to quality standards marks and labels completed materials.
• Ensure all machine routing lines on work orders are signed off.
• Inspection of outgoing AMH products for conformance in terms of dimensions required.
• Reviews work orders and drawings and mark them up as required.

• A minimum 1-year experience.
