Responsibilities:

• Understanding of College of Pharmacists bylaws and regulations.
• Optimization of pharmacy workflow.
• Identifying patients in need of improved medication adherence.
• Initiative to move from one task to the next using logic and prioritization.
• Independent task completion with meticulous attention to organization and detail.
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track and monitor patient records.

• Knowledge and efficiency with all aspects of Kroll (data entry, billing, report generating, troubleshooting).

Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• 1-2 years of recent dispensing experience in a pharmacy.
• Pronounce medication names.
• Excellent written, and verball communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical math.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible to situations and adaptable to change.
• A thorough understanding of quality assurance and delivery of service excellence.
• Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to shift priorities working within established timelines.
• Demonstrates initiative (learn processes and procedures, various benefits) and displays self-motivation to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Attention to detail.
