Patient Transfer Supervisor

Requirements

The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications that include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Proven experience within Non-Urgent Patient Transfer industry
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (Management, Supervisory or training experience)
• Current Advanced First Aid & CPR Certification and EFR Certification or equivalent
• Excellent, strong proven customer service experience
• Professional telephone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time and Stress Management skills
• In-depth knowledge of Southwestern and Central Ontario
• Average knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications
