Patient Care Assistant , Emergency Department (Part Time Opportunity)

The Patient Care Assistant (Personal Support Worker), will assist with the provision of patient care and the efficient operation of the unit/area under the direction of a health care professional. As the Patient Care Assistant you will care for patients in the Emergency Department. Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, Emergency Department, in this role you will care for patients and families in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team and according to hospital and department policies and procedures.

The hours of work including days off and work area may be subject to change consistent with operational requirements and the provision of the Collective Agreement and applicable statutes.
