We’re seeking an outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. This position is 10% commission only.

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
• Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel

Qualifications

• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
