Integrations with Amazon, Instacart, Walmart and more ensure brands achieve full-funnel engagement and maximum visibility.We are looking for an exceptional individual to manage our Toronto office, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly organized, strong communicator who can execute projects of varied scope.
We would expect this person to work from our downtown office 5 days a week.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and employees on all office related matters
- Maintain office facilities and interface with building management when necessary
- Manage our daily lunch vendor and help coordinate on-site meetings and events
- Partner with operations lead to define and maintain office policies and procedures
- Assist our People Operations team with onboarding of new team members, internal company events, socials, and outings
- Collaborate with team on external events where duties may include ordering swag and catering
- Work in office on a daily basis to manage ad hoc projects and requests
- You are detail oriented and extremely organized
- You have some experience in operations, HR, or in an office manager role at a fast growing company.
- You can navigate calendars, manage budgets in Excel, and craft great emails with excellent diction.
- You can be trusted with highly confidential information and use the utmost discretion with that information
