We are innovators in the field, and for decades we have set the very definition of dessert restaurant. Our greatest years are yet to come and we’re looking for the best people to take us there.

At our corporate head office, you’ll handle all the office management and administrative responsibilities including answering the door, responding to guests, running errands, managing supplies, data entry, contributing to special projects and more.
Requirements

  • Answer the front door, accept deliveries and liaising with visitors to our office
  • Manage office and warehouse supplies, monitor stock levels and order restock as needed
  • Run errands including local travel (a car is necessary)
  • Respond to guest inquiries and feedback (online and via phone)
  • Bookkeeping data entry and filing (we’ll teach)
  • Help other teams (marketing, dessert R&D, accounting) with projects as needed
  • Keep office kitchens and pantries clean and stocked

About You
Working in a small team, you’re ideally a master juggler, able to multi-task and prioritize. You care about making sure everything gets done. You’re organized and disciplined with a serious attention to detail.
Drive, attitude, and personality aside, we’re looking for people with a mix of the skills below. No one is magic. We believe many skills are transferrable, and the best people always learn. If you are pretty close or just missing a few items, don’t fret. Everyone has something to learn.

  • Personable with great oral and written communication (good grammar is a must)
  • Responsible, initiative-taking, and ability to work without oversight
  • Organized and disciplined in your work
  • Resourceful and able to find answers on your own
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Gmail, Word and Excel. Comfortable learning new software

This a full-time salaried position, on-site Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM
This is in our Vaughan corporate office located on Strada Drive near Highway 7 & Pine Valley (close to Hwy 400 & Hwy 407)
