Logistics Admin Assistant – Term PM Shift

• Verification of paperwork from other departments
• Verify quantity shipped matches quantity ordered
• Complete the Annex H and assign seals
• Generate the BOL and price sheet
• Prepare drivers packages
• Ensure pricing is correct
• Record pallets, spacers and complete [freight file
• Filing, scanning, copying, emailing
• Export documentation preparation as required
• Cross training for holiday coverage

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Diploma in Business Administration is an asset
• Possess sound computer skills (MS Office & Excel)
• Possess strong English written and spoken correspondence skills
• Be able to manage flexible hours, as required
• Ability to work independently or in a group
• Ability to change/complete tasks according to time sensitive deadlines
• Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed
