Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Manage, prospect, and develop existing and new clients

·Consult with clients and demonstrate an understanding of their industry and business

·Provide top level customer service and custom strategy development

·Manage receivables

·Be an ambassador for stations and brands

· A focus on professional development

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

· Ability to think creatively and develop solution-based strategies for clients

· Digital media savvy

· Ability to demonstrate patience, personality, charm, credibility, and empathy during client interactions

· The drive, passion, and enthusiasm it takes to succeed in a highly competitive environment

· Knowledge of the sales process and client needs in a customer focused environment

· Self-starter that can work independently or in a group setting

· Sales and/or media experience are an asset

Essential Requirements:

· Ability to be flexible and work both traditional & non-traditional hours

· Must be self-motivated

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

· Ability to be part of a team and collaborate with all departments

· Resiliency and adaptability
