Reporting to the Director of Marketing the Marketing Coordinator conducts the company’s OEM product catalogues, OEM booking programs and OEM product promotions. The Marketing Coordinator works in Parts creator and SAP as well as in Excel to create all the necessary data to provide content for a variety of semi-annual catalogues and booking programs. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for preparing all the OEM product promotions to be shared with the sales team or sent out to the dealers. They also upload all the product promotion campaigns in SAP and is responsible for monitoring, analysing and communicating the sales results to all concerned departments.

They perform other related duties as requested by his immediate supervisor, all in accordance with internal procedures and rules.

RESPONSABILITIES

OEM catalogues and booking programs 60%

  • Build data and proofing for OEM catalogues / flyers.
  • Build data and proofing for OEM spring & winter booking programs.
  • Proof catalogs and assure accuracy.
  • Generate data via the kit generator.
  • Maintain kits for accuracy and up to date information.
  • Work closely with the creative department for the execution of all catalogues, programs and specials.
  • Coordinate all the data proofing in an efficient manner and respecting deadlines.

OEM Promotions 30%

  • Build data to put products on special and coordinate the email and B2B campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Product department to be informed on all slow-moving products and inventory levels.
  • Analyse and present sales results of promotions.
  • Conceptualise and execute new strategies to sale our slow-moving products, discontinued products or blem products.

Other related tasks 10%

  • Keep track of the tire suppliers advertising co-op, build orders and request co-op refund.
  • Coordinate and prepare mailing for summer & winter catalogues.
  • Responsible for the execution of all MailChimp email campaigns to the clients.

ACADEMIC ASPECTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • College degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills. (e.g. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filtering, conditional formatting, etc.)
  • Experience and comfort working in SAP, ideally SAP Business ByDesign, or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite of applications
  • Critical thinker—pushing through challenges both within a team, and autonomously
  • Bilingual is a must.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry would be an asset.
