Within your team, your essential role will be:

• to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group’s standards ;
• to ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group’s standards ;
• to hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy ;
• supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them ;
• to plan the budget for the pharmacy.

Education :

1st University Degree (BAC or Pharm D.) - Completed

Experience :

1 to 6 months experience

French Language :

Very good knowledge

Other :

Word, Excel, P.O.S

• Diploma in Business Management is a plus
