We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to collaborate with a high-performing team and help deliver supply chain optimization projects.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To
- Coordinate goods movements in our distribution network.
- Optimize packaging item inventory for activities with our 3PL.
- Create tracking tools to maintain inventory processes.
- Develop performance indicators and new product introduction processes.
- Standardize operational processes and participate in the deployment of technical solutions.
- Analyze customer complaints in our distribution network and identify major contributors.
- Collaborate regularly with various departments and staff members in the distribution centres.
- Educational qualifications - college diploma or university degree and related work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics.
- Experience in distribution and warehousing would be an asset as well as knowledge of SAP.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage information, data and correspondence across multiple levels.
- Written English level of 3/5 and spoken English level of 4/5.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally with a range of business stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems and have critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization.
- Highly motivated to work in an open team environment, demonstrate a collaborative approach, continuous improvement and innovation.
- The position is located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu or Sherbrooke and requires working on-site in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu at least 2 days per week depending on the projects in progress.
- You will report directly to the Logistics and Packaging Team Leader.
- Experience with SAP, MS Excel, MS Power Bi.
- Ability to work as a team and be autonomous.
