DH Warehousing & Fulfillment is a self-run warehousing company specializing in overseas warehouses in Canada. DH is headquartered in Toronto with regional offices in Vancouver, providing professional services to customers throughout Canada.

Our company has 16 years of service experience, mainly providing one-stop service for cross-border e-commerce sellers, integrating professional overseas warehouse service, customs clearance service, logistics warehousing service and truck transportation service in North America, and guaranteeing to provide customers with 24-hour service throughout Canada.

Our 70,000 sqft overseas warehouse distribution centers have been established in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and Calgary, located in all major ports and commercial logistics centers in Canada, effectively saving your local logistics costs and delivery cycle.

This position is performed in warehousing environment but oversees the daily activity of shipping and receiving specialists, warehouse workers, and inventory clerks, ensuring that all products are delivered to Amazon and designated customers timely, accurately.

This position also requires communicating with the warehouse management team in advance according to the volume of incoming shipments to ensure sufficient storage capacity.

Main Duty:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Pre-arrange shipment according to shipment status, warehouse storage, and customer requirements.
• Book appointments in Amazon Carrier Centre prior to delivery
• Create delivery order based on shipment schedule
• Ensuring that all products are delivered to Amazon and designated customers address timely, accurately.
• Delegate assignments to warehouse and inventory team according to customer requirements.
• Collaborate warehouse teams and third-party trucking companies to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor & analyze future warehouse demand and warehouse capacity to help management with warehouse usage.
• Maintain a good long-term relationship with customers and suppliers.

Qualification:

• College diploma, in Supply Chain Management/General Business is preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel
• Professional maturity and demonstrated ability to take initiative, to work independently and follow through on work assignments
• Proactive, collaborative, and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills

Working hour:

Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:30

Weekend: One day might be on call

Language: Mandarin*AND* English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
