About You

  • Educated:Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, software engineering, computer science, or a similar field of study
  • Organized:You have excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Communicative:Whether written or verbal, people know what you mean, what you are asking for, and what is expected
  • Interpersonal: Your great attitude makes you approachable and you demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Initiative: You have the ability to independently assess issues and take action
  • Proficient: Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the full cycle of our IT onboarding process: setting up and deploying IT equipment
  • Provisioning and de-provisioning of machines, users and systems access
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues and tickets, resolving, and documenting solutions
  • Maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to help users self serve
  • Assessing recurring issues to create automated processes and solutions where possible
  • Managing Hardware and Software asset inventories
  • Other tasks as assigned
