Systematix is currently looking for a IT Program Manager to deliver new security solutions and services that will increase the agility of the clients IT Security teams ability to respond to emerging security needs.

The activities that will be undertaken are, but not limited to:

• Organize projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Security team.
• Strengthen all cybersecurity pillars & capabilities
• Plan, develop and implement technical solutions
• Track operational and project expenditures
• Other projects as required

Deliverables will include:

• Organize projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Security team.
• Daily program management
• Define the program governance (controls)
• Plan the overall program and monitoring the progress
• Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
• Develop roadmap to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Create and manage long-term goals.
• Plan and lead the delivery of critical elements of the cyber security strategy
• Provide oversight to the Operational Technologies projects including Operational Technologies segregation, network segmentation and migration of existing resources to the new infrastructure
• Provide oversight to the Identity Management projects
• Increase the visibility of our monitoring capabilities to include a higher percentage of our deployed technology.
• Develop annual budget and operating plan for the program.
• Manage the program’s budget
• Project control and monitoring:
• Manage project teams, resource allocations, new resource engagements
• Author and/or coordinate the creation of project documents and system documents.
• Translate user and system requirements into functional specifications
• Implement, verify and deploy intended security solutions
• Reporting
• Prepare system security reports for staff and management
• Prepare project status reports for management and sponsors

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10 years leadership experience in the project delivery of information technology products and services
• 5 years’ experience creating a variety of technical documentation, including standard software and hardware documentation packages such as design and architecture documents, user guides, software and hardware process and procedure documents, testing documents and reports
• Previous experience leading cybersecurity programs and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and control projects, provide regular updates in verbal or written forms to technical staff, IT management and business sponsors
• Ability to direct the project activities by client staff and contract resources
• Ability to apply analytical methods to determine impact of changes to existing systems and procedures
• Broad knowledge of current security standards and current security strategies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, excellent facilitation and coaching skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
• Effective written and oral communications skills
• Prior knowledge and work performed in a Health Care Provider environment is an asset
• Familiarity Waterfall and Agile PM methodologies and Microsoft Project is an asset
• PMP certification is an asset
