My client is looking for a

• Bilingual IT Customer Relations Agent* who could perform the following duties:
• RESPONSIBILITIES*
• Handle consumer communications (telephone, live chat, email, etc.) concerning all products and services of the company. Agents will take on average 25 calls/day. The volume of live chats or emails will vary.
• Handle all consumer complaints and inquiries.
• Identify serious defects and problems by being on the lookout for recurring problems and submitting them to the team.
• Constantly keep the consumer at their heart, thus re-enforcing our high-quality standards and customer-centric attitude.
• Produce reports of all activities related to consumer relations, if needed.
• Act in accordance with established rules, policies and procedures and in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Keep in mind all existing products and laws in order to respond effectively to consumer inquiries.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of current policies and procedures, recommend, modify and introduce changes.
• Participating in the development and maintenance of the current technological environment, suggesting changes and monitoring the settlements.
• Execute the team’s service objectives and plans.
• Office days where the agent will engage with various administrative tasks (product returns, maintenance of stock levels etc.).
• MUST HAVES*
• 2 years of customer service experience over the phone OR retail CS experience OR student in IT/Marketing/E-Commerce/Business Administration/Communications. If retail, from a company that sells tech (Best Buy, T-Mobile, Apple, etc.). If college or university degree, could go down to 2 years.
• College/CEGEP degree in IT or Computer Science, or relevant experience (IT, Help Desk, Tech Support).
• Strong bilingual communication skills (spoken and written) in English and French.
• Able to work in office on a hybrid model (downtown office).
