We are looking for an International Sales Target Analyst who will report to the International Volume Planning Team Lead, and who’ll be tasked with defining the sales target of international sales teams, international dealers and distributors. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization’s growth in international regions. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing a wide range of new talent to BRP.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Play a key role in the order taking exercise process for the Powersports division for our international markets.

Lead the sales target setting exercise and deliver a valued business proposition to our international dealers and distributors.

Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes and work tools between the various regions.

Deliver specific analysis to develop the international business.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Business IT, or related field.

Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work with colleagues from different cultures, different regions and different departments.

Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, ingenuity and tenacity

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access and Power Point) and especially SQL or similar programming languages.

Fluency in both English and French mandatory.
