Immigration Case Worker

Job Description:

The immigration Case Worker is responsible for the management of assigned cases and clients. They will work with the Client Care Manager to ensure that all client needs are met.

Core Responsibilities:

-Understanding of how to fill the immigration forms.

-Ability to write immigration letters for items such as study permits, temporary resident visas, and any other correspondence needed

-Coordinating requests for documents from clients

-Communicating with clients throughout the immigration process

-Responding to client phone calls and emails

-Performing data-entry for immigration cases

-Manage client files and maintain accurate client records.

-Be a team player and work collaboratively with other staff members.

-Be able to manage multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 year experience working in immigration or law related industry; • Working knowledge of Canadian immigration law, policies, and regulation; • Knowledge on TFWP, FSW, FST, CEC, ICT, Owner operator, LMIA process. •

-Strong writing and communication skills

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

-Team player

-Ability to meet critical deadlines

-Post-secondary education (preferred)

-Excellent organizational and administrative skills

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
